Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt were joined by Amitabh Bachchan who unveiled the first look of the movie ‘Rascals’.
The first look of the movie was revealed on Thursday by Amitabh Bachchan at PVR Juhu in Mumbai.
While addressing the reporters present in the event Amitabh Bachchan said, “Sanju is always a part of my family. It's always a great honour to associate myself with people of my own fraternity. I am happy that the condition of the film industry is getting well, thanks to Ajay, Sanju, Salman and many others. My all-good wishes to them.”
The movie stars Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Arjun Rampal, Kangna Ranaut and Lisa Hayden. Arjun Rampal and Kangna Ranaut weren’t present at the event due to prior commitments.
Sanjay Dutt has not only acted but also co-produced the movie along with Sanjay Ahluwalia and Vinay Choksey.
The movie is directed by David Dhawan who is known to dish out good comedies.
The director and producer Prakash Jha was to be present in the event but couldn’t make it.
When asked about the invitation to ‘Aarakshan’ movie director Prakash Jha, Ajay Devgn said, “'Aarakshan' is our film only. We are all together. I share long and good relations with Prakashji. If we can help each other and support each other what could be better than that?'
He also added that there was nothing controversial about ‘Aarakshan’.
"I think there is nothing objectionable in the film. When people see it, they will realise that there is nothing controversial," said Ajay Devgn who had previously worked with the director in an equally controversial movies ‘Gangajal’ and ‘Rajneeti’.
