After keeping their relationship under wraps for 9 years Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza recently revealed that they would be tying knot this year.

"It's an exciting new chapter in our lives and allurwishes and blessings make it even more beautiful and special for Riteish and me," tweeted Genelia.

Ever since the announcement, the couple have been showered with good wishes.

"Am thrilled to bits and excited about one of my closest friends upcoming wedding!!!," director Karan Johar posted on his Twitter page.

"@Riteishd is truly a special guy!! And he and @geneliad make an absolutely wonderful couple!!! Big love to them!!!," Karan Johar added.

Actor Siddharth of ‘Rang De Basanti’ fame, who worked with Genelia in Tollywood movie ‘Bommarillu’, said that he was happy for his very good friend.

"One of my closest friends just gave me the best news! Im so happy. Good things happen to good people! Thats what makes every day worth it:),” posted Siddharth on Twitter.
