
In the 90’s and early 2000’s Karisma Kapoor was one of the top actresses in Bollywood. The actress delivered many hits at the box-office and went on to become one of the most sought out actresses.
Just when her career was at peak, Karisma Kapoor married industrialist Sanjay Kapur and quit Bollywood for her family and kids.
Her last movie was ‘Zamaanat’ in 2006, which dint fair well at the box-office. Later the actress did a few cameos and also tried her hand in Television.
But it was only last year that the actress made a full come back into Bollywood, as she signed Vikram Bhatt’s 3D horror flick ‘Dangerous Ishq’.
And now we hear that the actress has been finalized to do an item number in the movie ‘Rowdy Rathore’, starring Akshay Kumar.
Taking inspiration from ‘Munni’ and ‘Chikni’, this song will have a ‘desi’ tune to it. The song will be picturised in villain’s den and will feature Akshay Kumar.
The song will be choreographed by the movie director and ace choreographer Prabhu Deva. When contacted Prabhu Deva, he said that the song was in initial stages and nothing has been finalized yet.
The song will be shot in Mumbai next week.
The movie is a remake of Tollywood movie 'Vikramarkudu'. Akshay Kumar plays a double role in the movie and Sonakshi Sinha is the female lead. The movie will release on June 15th 2012.
