Sneha was on cloud nine after being selected as an actor to be part of the upcoming Rajinikanth’s magnum opus 3D film ‘Kochadaiyan’. She was to play the role of Rajinikanth’s sister in the film. But she had to bow down to the fate as she had date problems and had no other option but to opt out of the film. Since the shooting of the film has not started yet, she conveyed her unavailability to the director of the film, Soundarya R Ashwin, and both have taken the decision sportingly without any grudges. 

Sneha has now been replaced by Rukmini, who was last seen in ‘Ananda Thandavam’. The film directed by Soundrya R Ashwin has story given by KS Ravikumar. Music for the film is given by AR Rahman and Deepika Padukone acts as the heroine in the film opposite Rajinikanth.
