Finally, the very long shoot of movie ‘Eega’ has been completed. SS Rajamouli along with producers confirmed the same and said that the film would hit the screens on April 5, the good friday weekend. Music of the film would release on March 22. Initially, the audio was planned to release in first week of March but due to unavailability of venues the makers opted for this date. 'Eega’s Tamil version titled ‘NaaNee’ would have the audio release after three days on March 25.

The special effects in 'Eega' are on par with Hollywood standards and Rajamouli has engaged Hollywood technicians to get the desired output . The film stars Nani, Samantha and Kannada hero Sudeep in the lead roles with the latter portraying a negative character. Music for the film is provided by MM Keeravani.
