Asin was a big star down South when she made an impressive debut opposite Aamir Khan in ‘Ghajini’. Later the actress went to deliver another blockbuster hits ‘London Dreams’ with Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan and ‘Ready’ with Salman Khan.

And now the actress is all set for the release of her fourth Bollywood movie ‘Housefull 2’ by Sajid Khan.

Even though the actress is paired opposite Akshay Kumar in the movie, the actress seems to have formed a good friend with her co-star John Abraham.

“John and I have a strong Mallu bond. He is half Mallu. He used to ask me to get unni appams from home. We didn't get any chance to share much Mallu food though he actually wanted me to make some for him. Someday…,” she said to a daily.

The actress though confessed that John dint know a word of Malayalam.

“I tried speaking to John in Malayalam. He had no clue what I was saying. He, obviously, doesn't know the language. But said that I should get married to half Mallu!" she said.

When asked about her director Sajid Khan she said, “Sajid as a director is funny. He gets so involved in the scenes that he forgets to say cut. We’d be doing a comedy scene and he’d start laughing in the middle of the scene, that too, on the mic and we all would get distracted,” she said.
