Actress Sonakshi Sinha is all geared up to show off her dance moves and set the screen ablaze with her very first item song ‘Chikni Kamar’ from the movie ‘Rowdy Rathore’.

The track ‘Chikni Kamar’ is ‘a complete masaledaar song’ according to Sonakshi Sinha. The song is choreographed by Vishu, while ace choreographer and director of the movie Prabhu Deva gives his valuable inputs to make the song even better.

The actress will be rehearsing for the song for next couple of weeks and then will head to Hampi, where she will shoot the song along with Akshay Kumar, who plays the male lead in the movie.

The actress said that she had infact started rehearsing for the song earlier but had to stop as she had to shoot for two other films in between, one with Ajay Devgn in Patiala and another with Ranveer Singh in Kolkata.

“Now that I'm back, I'm going to push myself and get the steps as perfectly as I can,” said the actress to a daily.

The actress said that Hampi was a perfect location to shoot the song.

“It's a very picturesque location and given the kind of film it is, the idea is to make the song also look larger than life,” she said.

The actress said that given the hot weather there it would be a challenge to shoot the song.

“So Akshay and I will have a tough time,” she said.

It was earlier rumored that the actress was asked to tone up for the movie. But the actress denies any such rumors.

“Prabhu Deva and everyone else I'm working with, like me the way I am. Although I'm trying to fit in my gym sessions between my work schedules, I've not been banned from eating anything either,” she said.

When asked if she would over take Katrina Kaif’s ‘Chikni Chameli’ with her ‘Chikni Kamar’ she said “No comments.”

The movie ‘Rowdy Rathore’ stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles. The movie directed by Prabhu Deva is a remake of super hit Telugu film ‘Vikramarkudu’.

The movie is all set to release on June 1.
