The ‘Hum Tum’ fame director Kunal Kohli is gearing up or the release of his next movie ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’, which is all set to release next week.

The movie that’s a love story spread over three different eras – 1910, 1960 and 2012, stars Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra as the main leads.

And according to the director if the audience likes the concept of the movie and the movie goes on to become a super hit he might actually pen a sequel.

“With all your love and support if 'Teri Meri Kahaani' turns out to be a super hit then we will have four periods in part two of the film,” said the director when promoting the film.

In the era of 1910, the story unfolds in Lahore, where a Muslim boy Javed played by Shahid Kapoor tries to woo Aradhana, a Punjabi girl played by Priyanka Chopra.

Second love story happens in 1960’s Mumbai, where Shahid plays a struggling music director, Govind, and Priyanka is a famous actress, Rukhsar, and they fall in love.

The third and final part of the love story is set in England 2012, where Krish played by Shahid Kapoor meets Radha played by Priyanka Chopra.

The movie will release on June 22, 2012.
