The release of the eagerly awaited comedy ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’, starring Tusshar Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh, has been pre-poned by a week. The movie that was to be released on August 2nd will now be releasing on July 27th.
“‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’ is a keenly awaited comedy and we're glad to pre-pone its release for everyone who's been waiting for it. It makes business sense to have a clean weekend with no other film, in the interest of maximizing business,” said CEO of Balaji Motion Pictures Tanuj Garg.
This means that the movie will no longer clash with the release of Sunny Leone’s debut movie ‘Jism 2’. In fact ‘Jism 2’ was all set to release on July 27th but the director Pooja Bhatt postponed the release to August 3rd.
“The pre-poning of ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’ works very well for it. The marketing of the film has long started and everyone is waiting to see Tusshar and Riteish together again. Further, being a Balaji film, it comes with a strong pedigree,” said a leading trade expert.
The movie directed by Sachin Yardi is about two friends going on a mad road trip to Goa and the comic situations during that trip.
The movie stars Neha Sharma and Sarah-Jane Dias as female leads.
