If the recent reports are to be believed then it wont be just Salman Khan’s movies breaking the records by collecting over 100 Crores at the box-office but Salman Khan will create a record of being the highest paid actor in Bollywood by signing a movie for whooping Rs. 100 Crores.

Apparently producer Ramesh Taurani has recently approached Salman Khan and offered the actor Rs.100 Crores for signing Taurani’s next movie.

“As expected ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ has sent the cash registers ringing and many filmmakers have been seen visiting Salman's residence to make a film with him. However, Taurani, who has earlier worked with Salman and has had him signed since the past couple of years, is very keen that they do a film together,” said a source to Mid Day.

“A couple of days back; he met Salman and offered him Rs 100 crore for a film. Taurani is aware that the actor's last three films have done business near to Rs 150 crore net and that's why he is ready to take the gamble,” the source added.

The source said that this news wasn’t surprising as Salman Khan’s previous three movies have been blockbuster hits and have earned over 100 Crores at the box-office.

“Salman's last three films Dabangg (Rs 145 crore), Ready (Rs 124 crore) and Bodyguard (Rs 149 crore) have done huge business. The net collections also come from satellite, music rights and home video as well,” the source concluded.

But producer Ramesh Taurani has denied the news.

“Salman is already signed with me and this is not the right figure. He will be doing a film in 2013 with us and details are being worked out,” Ramesh Taurani said.

After the immense success of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ the actor has been flooded with movie offers. According to reports the actor has been approached by Vijay Galani, Ramesh Taurani, UTV-Disney, Studio 18, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sooraj Bharjatya, Rajkumar Santoshi, Subhash Ghai and Yash Chopra for their next movies. Even filmmakers, Farhan Akhtar, Farah Khan and Karan Johar have expressed a desire to work with Salman Khan.
