Vivek Oberoi is all set to a super villain in upcoming superhero movie ‘Krrish 3’. The actor, who has played grey roles before, said that he was enjoying playing an out and out villain for the first time.

“I love villain characters...they are so exciting to play. They are so different and challenging I have played roles with grey shades, but this character in Krrish 3 is completely black, I am a villain and I am loving it,” said Vivek Oberoi to PTI.

The actor said that his role in ‘Krrish 3’ was something he never did before.

“My role in the film is something that I have never done earlier. Audience will get to see a different side of me in the film. I must say that Krrish 3 is a role of a lifetime...of a twisted villain. I had fun doing the film,” he said.

Versatile actor Hrithik Roshan will reprise his role as Krrish in the movie. Vivek, who is working with Hrithik for the first time, said that ‘Krrish 3’ gave him a chance to bond with Hrithik once again.

“Hrithik is so cool guy. We grew up together, we used to cycle when we were kids. With Krrish 3 we were bonding all over again, reconnecting. We used to hang out, go to gym, have dinner together. Even when he was not shooting he used to come on the sets, just to hang out, to help me with the body language...scenes,” he said.

The movie ‘Krrish 3’ is the third movie in ‘Krrish’ franchise and is a sequel of 2003 movie ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’ and 2006 superhero movie ‘Krrish’.

The movie is directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan.

The movie stars Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Vivek Oberoi, Kangna Ranaut and Shaurya Chauhan in lead roles.

The movie will be released during Diwali next year.
