Yash Chopra’s comeback and last movie as director ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ that stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma is the most anticipated movies of the year. Going head to head at the box-office with this movie will be Ajay Devgn’s ‘Son of Sardaar’, which is also scheduled to be released on November 13, on the occasion of Diwali.

But the actor-turned-producer Ajay Devgn is confident that his movie will do well despite clashing with ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’.

“We are confident about it from beginning. It is an entertaining film. It is a superb film. The pace and the way he (director) has made the film is fabulous... so have confidence,” said Ajay Devgn to a daily.

‘Son of Sardaar’ is a remake of Telugu superhit movie ‘Maryada Ramanna’. The movie is directed by Ashwini Dhir. The movie stars Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles, while Sanjay Dutt and Juhi Chawla play crucial roles.

Other than that Ajay Devgn is also gearing up for the release of movie ‘Makkhi’, the Hindi version of south filmmaker SS Rajamouli's Telugu blockbuster 'Eega', for which he has lent his movie.

The science-fiction movie was superhit down South and Ajay thinks that it’s impossible to remake this movie.

“The film is so fabulous that you won't be thinking about anything else. Making a remake of this film, I don't think you can make it the way he (S S Rajamouli) has made it again. So I don't think you should make a remake of this film,” he said.

“This process will go on as whenever a good film will come there are chances it to be remade be it in South or in Hindi...so this exchange will always go on,” he added.

After being a part of South Indian remakes, Ajay Devgn said that he would be willing to work in a Telugu movie if the movie was ‘fabulous’.

“It is nothing like that (not open to doing Telugu films), it is just that I don't know the language...it will take time. But if there is something fabulous then why not,” he concluded.
