Salman Khan has always pulled Katrina Kaif’s legs by making fun of her accent or any other random subject. Recently in a public event Shah Rukh Khan too made quips about Katrina Kaif though it was all in jest.

While some might be offended by these quips, Katrina Kaif things that these jokes only showcase the camaraderie she shares with Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.

“They're not going to do that if they are not open with me. We share a good rapport with each other. I've known Salman for quite a long time now and he is a good friend. Apart from being a fabulous co-star, Shah Rukh is chivalry personified. The very fact that they crack jokes and make people laugh at my expense proves the kind of rapport I share with both of them. Besides, who doesn't like to make others laugh?”  asked Katrina.

The actress said that she was no longer an outsider in the industry and doesn’t find it offense when her friends make jokes on her.

“These media events are usually tedious with the clichéd questions asked again and again. Under such dull circumstances, if they decide to poke harmless fun at me, I don't see anything wrong with that. On the contrary, it brightens up the ambiance and the people end up saying 'maza aaya' while leaving the room. I think that's how it should be. We are all just doing our job here and I don't take myself seriously,” she said.

Katrina Kaif, who has already delivered the biggest hit of the year ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ with Salman Khan, is currently gearing up for the release of ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’. The actress will be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan for the first time in the movie.

‘Jab Tak Hai’ is the last directorial venture of the late legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra. The movie also stars Anushka Sharma and will release on November 13.
