Speculations are rife in B-Town that Karan Johar will be bringing together the much awaited brother-sister Jodi of Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor in his next movie.

Kareena Kapoor though confirmed that Karan Johar has approached her with the script she said that nothing about the film was official yet.

“It's not true. Karan had approached me for that film, we had a talk on it, but nothing is official right now. Nothing is concrete. Karan has a script in mind and he has offered me a role, but it's too early to talk about it,” said Kareena Kapoor to IANS.

“I will be more than happy to work with Karan. I am very comfortable working with him,” she added.

It was also rumored that the movie will feature an extended cameo by Kareena Kapoor’s husband Saif Ali Khan. But the actress denied this news.

“It is absolutely untrue,” said Kareena.

The movie is said to be a periodic drama.

Previously too there were rumors that Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor will star in Zoya Akhtar’s next movie. But nothing has been confirmed on that project as well.
