Esha Deol, in whose career the movie ‘Dhoom’ remains her biggest hit, said that she hopes that Katrina Kaif, who has been cast opposite Aamir Khan in the movie ‘Dhoom 3’, will be able to live up to the expectations.

“I am sad that I am not a part of the whole franchise. But I wish Katrina lives up to the expectations that come with the 'Dhoom' tag. I am sure she will because she is a brilliant actress,” said Esha Deol to a daily.

‘Dhoom 3’ is the third installment in ‘Dhoom’ series. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprise their roles as Jai Dixit and Ali. The movie also stars Aamir Khan as a villain for the first time and Katrina Kaif as his love interest.

Esha Deol, who married businessman Bharat Takhtani earlier this year, said that she would make a comeback into movies if she is offered a role that’s decent and interesting.

“If any decent and respectful offer comes up then I will be a part of it. Acting is my first love and I am really looking forward to it,” said the actress, who was last seen in ‘Tell Me O Kkhuda’, directed by her mother Hema Malini.

The couple recently visited Tirupati to seek Lord Balaji’s blessings.

“We had gone to seek blessings from Balaji. I believe in him. We had also attended my cousin's wedding there," she said.

Esha Deol said that life after marriage hasn’t changed much.

“Life has become more responsible after marriage. I am happy to tie the knot with the person whom I loved. Love is the main key in a relationship, all other things are materialistic,” she concluded.
