Death of 38 year old cinematographer, Bobby Singh, who is known for his movies ‘Gangster’, ‘Life in a Metro’ and ‘The Dirty Picture’, has shocked many Bollywood stars.
Bobby Singh, who is one of Bollywood’s youngest cinematographers, also worked in movies like ‘Who Lamhe’, ‘Kidnap’, ‘No Problem’ and ‘Jannat 2’. He was currently working on Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher starrer ‘Special Chabbis’.
“Shocked to hear about the sad demise of our film 'Special Chabbis' cinematographer Bobby Singh. He was very talented and pleasant to work with. It just seems like yesterday when we were shooting. May his soul rest in peace,” tweeted Akshay Kumar.
“I am so sad to share the news of cinematographer Bobby Singh's sudden demise. He was brilliant and so full of life. RIP,” Anupam Kapoor wrote on his Twitter page.
“Black Christmas! The sudden death of Bobby Singh our friend, cameraman has had a devastating impact on all of us. Bobby worked with us on 'Gangster', 'Woh Lamhe' and 'Jannat 2'. He made invaluable contribution to the visual look of all these films,” tweeted Mahesh Bhatt.
“Shattered to hear the untimely demise of our friend cameraman Bobby Singh! May he rest in peace! God please give strength to his family. We worked together in 'Special Chabbis'. Can't believe this shocking news,” wrote Manoj Bajpai.

Bobby Singh passed away on Tuesday following an asthma attack in Goa, while he was on a vacation with his family.
He is survived by his wife Radhika and five-year-old son Sumer.
