Veteran Bollywood actress Waheeda Rehman, who was one of the best actresses during the golden age of Bollywood, believes that actresses today are much talented as well amidst the contrary belief.

“Today actors of this generation are very much talented and hard working. I like Vidya Balan, Kareena Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Kangna Ranaut... they are very good,” said Waheeda Rehman at the launch of South Africa India Films and Television awards.

South Africa India Films and Television awards is a curtain raiser event which showcased the coveted Wall Of Fame which will have hand prints of eminent personalities from both  Indian and South Africa film and television industry. This will be showcased in Durban.

Waheeda Rehman is the first actress to have her hand print on the Wall of Fame.

“It is a nice initiative," she said.

Waheeda Rehman feels that with so many events and award shows happening the craze and curiosity to get award is no more.

The award ceremony will be held in Durban on September 6.

Previously too Waheeda Rehman has praised Vidya Balan and had called her a gutsy actress like her.
