RR Movie Makers who acquired the entire AP Theatrical rights of Jr NTR’s upcoming film Oosaravelli for Rs 27 crore has threatened to pull out of the project if the film is not released by September 30 as scheduled earlier. After a news of postponment in the release of this film doing rounds from the last two days, RR Movie Makers are insisting the producer of the film BVSN Prasad to release the film for Dasara. If the producer fails to release the film for Dasara then he needs to return the advance amount of Rs 10 crore to the RR distributors.

It is reported that the reason for postponment news is due to the busy schedule of the leading lady Tamannah who is also shooting for Ram Charan’s Racha and Ram’s Endukante Premanta.

Megapower star Ram Charan’s Raccha completes its shooting part in Bangkok. The film unit shot some action sequences here. Ram Charan is playing the role of guy who would love to do anything for money. Earlier, a song has been filmed in Sri Lanka. Rangam Ajmal is playing the movie’s antagonist.

Paras Jain and NV Prasad are producing this film on Mega Super Good Films Banner. Sampath Nandi who directed Evvaraina Eppudaina is directing this film. Milk White beauty Tamannah is the leading lady. The film is touted to be an out and out mass entertainer.

Young Tiger Jr NTR who is going like a speeding rocket confirmed another project with Sreenu Vaitla just a day after announcing a project with Puri Jagannadh. Bandla Ganesh will produce this film on Parameshwara Arts Banner. This film is set to roll after NTR-Boyapati’s film. This film is the first film in this combination. NTR told that he is inspired and motivated after hearing to the story line and said that this film will be the best action entertainer in his career. Sreenu Vaitla too expressed his happiness and said that this film will have his trade mark entertainment and action to suit NTR’s mass appeal. Sreenu Vaitla is currently busy with Dhookudu starring Mahesh Babu and NTR is shooting for Oosaravilli under the direction of Surender Reddy.

Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja’s new film in the direction of Souryam Shiva launched today at Hyderabad. Rajendra Prasad plays an important role in this film. No title is announced so far for this film. Burugapalli Siva Rama Krishna who earlier produced Thammudu with Pawan Kalyan is the producer of this film.

The film is an action entertainer and Ravi Teja is playing a different role in this movie. Vijay Anthony is the music director for this film. The movie also has Brahmanandam, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Ali and Vennela Kishore in prominent roles. The regular shooting of the film starts soon. Ravi Teja’s last film Veera is a debacle at the box-office.

King Nagarjuna is leaving no stone unturned to release his next film Rajanna under the direction of Vijendra Prasad for Dasara. The film’s shoot is almost complete except for a song and some patch work. Maverick director SS Rajamouli directed the action episodes in this film. The film is based on the backdrop of Rajakar Movement in Telangana.

Nagarjuna himself produced this film on Annapurna Studios Banner and RR Movie Makers acquired the theatrical rights of this film throughout AP. With Oosaravilli out of the race, we need to see how far this film fetches at the box-office. If all goes well the movie will be releasing on October 6.

The Telugu version of Malayalam super hit film Urumi is going to release tomorrow on August 19. The film stars Prabhu Deva, Prithvi Raj, Genelia, Nithya Menon and Aarya in the lead roles. Ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan directed this film on SVR Media Pvt Ltd banner. The movie is releasing in over 300 centers across the state.

The story of the film revolves around a warrior who takes revenge on Vasco De Gama. Urumi is the second most expensive film in Mollywood. Srikar Prasad is the editor and Deepak Dev is the music director for this film.

Stylish star Allu Arjun who recently tasted success with Badrinath is ready to kick start his next project with ace director Trivikram Srinivas in September. The film yet to be titled is touted to be a comedy entertainer. Danayya who made Desamuduru and Varudu with Arjun is producing this film.

Allu Arjun is leaving to Australia to undergo shoulder surgery which he picked up during the shoot of Aarya-2. He will be operated at St John of God Hospital in Perth. Once he recovers completely he starts working for this film. It is heard that Trivikram is putting all his efforts on this project and will complete the film quickly unlike his previous films. Much to the disappointment of fans, NTR’s upcoming film in the direction of Surender Reddy tentatively titled Oosaravilli is postponed to December as the film is taking more time than expected. The film is actually slated for October release as Dasara gift to fans. But things are not in favor of the team and hence the makers decided to postpone it to December. With this latest development, NTR-Boyapati film may be pushed to summer.

NTR who delivered hit movie Brindavanam in the last year for Dasara is now out of race for this year’s Dasara. Tamannah and Payal Ghosh are the leading ladies in this film. If sources are to be believed NTR is donning different role in this movie with different shades. BVSN Prasad is the producer and Devi Sri Prasad is the music director for this film.

Young Tiger NTR and ace director Puri Jagannadh are teaming up again after 7 years for a new film to be produced by star producer Bandla Ganesh on Parameshwara Art Productions banner. The film’s title is yet to be named and the film is set to go on floors from April, 2012.

It is reported that the script work of the film is finished and the subject will be a unique love story. Earlier, in 2004 Puri and NTR worked for Andhrawala, which is the disaster of the season.

After the success of Brindavanam NTR is looking forward to play a complete lover boy and the story line of this film made him to accept the offer. The details of the heroine and other star cast will be announced later. Director Puri told that NTR will be seen in completely new look and he will start this film after finishing The Business Man with Mahesh.

Power star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film tentatively titled Kaali or Shadow is in its final leg of the shoot and the actor is gearing up to start work for his next film titled Gabbar Singh from October. Gabbar Singh is the remake of Bollywood’s blockbuster hit Dabangg. The director of the film Harish Shanker is reportedly approached Sonu Sood for villain’s role, who played the same role in the original version. But, the actor who is choosing films selectively said NO to Harish as he doesn’t want to repeat the same act here.

Sonu is currently busy with Osthi, the remake of Dabangg in Tamil starring Simbu in the lead.  Many are wondering on what made Sonu to say NO to Pawan’s film if he is doing the Dabangg act in Tamil version. But, putting an end to this debate Sonu expressed his desire to work with Pawan in near future.
