Salman Khan congratulated Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan. When asked about his former girlfriend’s pregnancy Salman said, “"I congratulate Abhishek and Aishwarya. I wish they have 7 kids. I hope they make a cricket team with extras."

Salman Khan also went on to say that he has become an uncle that came as quite a shocker.

"I have become a Chacha, and I also congratulate Mr. Amitabh Bachchan on becoming a grandfather”, said the eccentric Khan.

Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan dated for a few years before breaking up in 2002. Aishwarya Rai said that Salman Khan physically and verbally abused her. Reports also say that he dragged Aishwarya Rai from ‘Chalte Chalte’ sets. Aishwarya then dated Vivek Oberio for a while before settling down with Abhishek Bachchan.
