Sonakshi Sinha who was very excited about starring opposite Kamal Hassan in ‘Vishwaroopam’ has now walked out of the movie.

The movie that was to go on floors in June has been postponed for a while as the director Selvaraghavan has opted out of the movie. The reason for this is said to be creative differences and commitment issues between the director and Kamal Hassan. Kamal Hassan has now decided to direct the movie himself.

With Kamal Hassan delaying the movie, Sonakshi Sinha had no option but to bow out of the movie. The dates of this movie were clashing with the dates she had allotted to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next venture.

A source said, “All her excitement is a thing of the past. She has decided that she is not doing Kamal Hassan's film. But trust me it wasn't easy for her to take this decision.

She has lost her first opportunity to work with Kamal Hassan. Hassan had serious creative differences with Selvaraghavan. Then, Hassan decided to direct the project himself. And consequently, there were delays in production”.

The source also added that there was no animosity between Kamal Hassan and Sonakshi Sinha.

"Sonakshi was extremely professional, while explaining her case to Kamal Hassan productions. There is no animosity between Kamal Hassan and Sonakshi”, added the source.

With Sonakshi Sinha walking out Deepika Padukone seems to be next in line. Previously too, Deepika has filled for Sonakshi in the ‘Rana’ opposite Rajinikanth.

Sonakshi Sinha hasn’t made any comments on the same.
