Hrithik Roshan has been named as the sexist Asian Man in the world in a recent pole conducted by Eastern Eye Weekly. But we have known it all along.

Hrithik Roshan won the poll by the biggest margin ever replacing last year’s winner Ranbir Kapoor, who came in 6th this year.

Shahid Kapoor was the surprise runner up at number 2 spot, closely followed by Shah Rukh Khan at Number 3.

Hrithik Roshan, who is known for his ‘Greek God’ looks, had a very good year in 2011. His movie ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’s’ met with tremendous success at the box-office. He also had his wax statue added to the Madame Tussauds inLondon. He also shot for the most anticipated Agneepath remake, featured as a judge on hit TV show ‘Just Dance’ and signed up for another hugely anticipated movie sequel ‘Krrish 2’.

Salman Khan, who delivered the biggest hit of the year ‘Bodyguard’, came in fourth, while Pakistani heartthrob Ali Zafar came in fifth. He was followed by John Abraham at seventh spot, followed by British star Jay Sean (no. 9) and World Boxing Champ Amir Khan (No. 10).

The ‘Delhi Belly’ boy Imran Khan came in at number 12 followed by Saif Ali Khan at 13. Prateik Babbar came in at 20 ahead of Ajay Devgn at 29, Farhan Akhtar at 34 and Aamir Khan at 35.

Indian batsman Virat Kohli made his debut at No. 18, followed by his captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni at No. 33 and bowler Zaheer Khan at No. 39. Siddharth Mallya makes the grade at 31.

Hrithik Roshan emerging at top doesn’t really come as a surprise given his looks, his acting talent and his dancing skills.

“Hrithik is a worthy winner and a leading man with global appeal. This year there was a massive gap between Hrithik and the rest of the competitors. He is the perfect ambassador for India and someone who could take on anyone in Hollywood in terms of looks, talent and likeability,” said Asjad Nazir, Eastern Eye showbiz editor.
