For the past few days ‘Agneepath’ has been in plagiarism battle over the song ‘Oh Saiyya’. It was reported that Nagpur High Court had given a stay order on the movie and either the release of the movie would be postponed or the movie will be releasing without the song.

But the official spokesperson of the movie has released a statement saying that the movie would release on schedule without any cuts, reported a popular daily.

“Our film ‘Agneepath’ is releasing as scheduled for January 26, 2012 without any cuts or deletes. The ex-parte injunction that had been granted by District Court, Nagpur has been vacated. We continue to maintain that there is nothing in the film ‘Agneepath’ which infringes copyright or any other right of any other person,” the statement reads.

The trouble started when Aditya Salankar, a Nagpur-based artist filed a complaint against Karan Johar's Dharma Productions at the district and sessions court claiming that the number was a copy of a song penned by him.

The movie ‘Agneepath’ is directed by debutant director Karan Malhotra and stars Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor. The music composed by Ajay-Atul, a very popular music director duo. The movie will release on January 26th
