Actress Vidya Balan has taken Bollywood by storm with her brilliant acting and delivering one hit after another, with her movies ‘Paa’, ‘Ishqiya’, ‘No One Killed Jessica’, ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’ being both critically and commercially acclaimed.

Other than her acting ability the actress has also been in news for her weight. Even though her curves were much appreciated in ‘The Dirty Picture’, the actress has come under some flak for the same after her special appearance in a song from the movie ‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’.

Even though a huge section of the audience have loved the song and Vidya Balan’s Lavani dance moves, wearing the traditional Maharashtrian attire, one set of audience have criticized her for her weight.

“A woman needs to be curvy! If a woman sheds all her weight and the curves she would end up looking like a man! Why should women look like men? I have failed to understand this. I don't find that attractive at all,” she said.

“The nine yard sari is draped in such a way that it enhances the curves. I find that very beautiful. I love the lavni as well,” she concluding saying that she would love to do a Marathi film.

The movie ‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’ stars Sharman Joshi and will release on June 15.
