After mesmerizing the audience and setting the box-office rolling with his movie ‘Kahaani’, director Sujoy Ghosh has started working on his next project.

The director, who has become a household name thanks to ‘Kahaani’, got fed of being bombarded with questions on his next project and decided to announce the movie through Twitter.

“The script that i'm writing for sir is called BADLA, which, if i write well, will have sir and naseer ji & the balan. all depends on script,” he posted on his Twitter page.

There have been rumors that Sujoy’s next project is a sequel to ‘Kahaani’ but the director dismissed the claims.

“BADLA is not the sequel to Kahaani. thats another story altogether. I hope this helps in bringing down the telephone bill :),” he said.

Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘Kahaani’ enticed the audience with beautiful story telling, an unexpected and shocking climax and brilliant performance by Vidya Balan.

Given that his next movie stars the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Naseeruddin Shah and Vidya Balan nothing but a tremendous movie can be expected by the director.
