Actress Sonakshi Sinha has always been in news for her weight issues. While some ridicule the actress for being ‘fat’, others applaud the actress for sticking to a curvy figure. And how actress’s good friend and her ‘Lootera’ co-star Ranveer Singh has spoken up in her support and said that Sonakshi Sinha’s body was a ‘real woman’s body’.

“I think she's gorgeous. Those who have worked with her know that she's very fit. You can make that out from her dancing and action sequences. Moreover, I think that her attitude towards her detractors is a cool one. I don't like it when people try and take away from such a fantastic talent on the basis of something as superficial as her weight,” said Ranveer Singh to Mid Day.

Recently Ranveer Singh was spotted with actress Deepika Padukone and tongues started waging about a relationship brewing between them. But Ranveer Singh denied the reports and said he was just meeting Deepika to get acquainted with her as he soon will be working with her in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’.

“I think knowing your co-actor on a personal level is not a bad thing. I have been meeting Deepika outside of work to acquaint myself with her. Likewise, I am acquainting myself with the script, the director as well as the technicians of my new film (Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next). A greater comfort level does translate on screen!” he concluded.
