Yash Chopra’s last directorial venture ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ released on November 13 to positive response from critics as well as the audience.

Aamir Khan, who is working in Yash Raj Films ‘Dhoom 3’, said that it was sad that ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ is Yash Chopra’s last movie and that the legendary filmmaker is with us no more.

“It is sad that this is his last film and that he is not with us here today. We will miss him. I pray this film achieves huge success and breaks all records of his previous movies,” said Aamir Khan while attending the premier of ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’.

Aamir Khan thinks that no one will ever be able to make a romantic movie like Yash Chopra used to.

“Yashji was an institution in himself in the industry. I don't think anyone can make romantic films the way Yashji did,” Aamir Khan said.

Yash Chopra, who passed away on October 21 after suffering from dengue and multiple organ failure, is known for his romantic movies like ‘Kabhie Kabhie’, ‘Silsila’, ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’ and ‘Veer Zaara’.

The movie ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in lead roles.
