Actress Anushka Sharma is excited to begin working on the hugely anticipated movie ‘Peekay’, also known as ‘P.K.’.

The shooting of ‘Peekay’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, starring Aamir Khan, will begin in February.

“I am very excited to be working with Raju Hirani and Aamir Khan. We will start shooting for the film in February. I hope we try to make a better film than ‘3 Idiots’ for the audience,” said Anushka Sharma to IANS during the launch of Femina India's 10 Most Beautiful Women.

Along with Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma, the movie also stars Sushanth Singh Rajput and Sanjay Dutt in crucial roles.

The movie was previously slated to release on December 25 2013. But due to the delay in the shooting, the release date has now been pushed back to 2014.

Anushka Sharma’s latest release ‘Matru KI Bijlee Ka Mandola’, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, starring Imran Khan and Pankaj Kapoor, is going strong the box-office. The actress is glad with the response her movie has garnered.

“I am happy that my film is doing well because I have got lot of compliment for my work," she said to PTI.

When asked what her beauty secret was, the actress said, “When I am not shooting I don't apply makeup. I drink a lot of water and stay happy... whatever you feel from inside reflects outside as well and I strongly believe in that."
