Rumors are rife that dancing diva and gorgeous actress Madhuri Dixit will make an appearance in a special song in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming movie ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.

It’s reported that the special song will see actor Ranbir Kapoor, who plays the male lead in the movie and is known for his dancing skills, matching steps with Madhuri Dixit.

But Ranbir Kapoor said that nothing on this front was confirmed yet but he is keeping his fingers crossed to get an opportunity to dance alongside Madhuri Dixit.

“Yes, even I have heard about it but nothing is confirmed yet. But I am really looking forward if I can work with Madhuriji,” said Ranbir Kapoor to IANS.

“I have been a big fan of hers, big admirer. I remember when she got married, I also cried. So, it would be great fun working with her. But I don't know whether they have confirmed it yet," he added.

‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ also reunites Ranbir Kapoor and his ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone. Ranbir Kapoor is proud of Deepika Padukone’s achievements in past few years.

“It's always great to see someone whom you have been so close to reach where she has because of her hard work, resilience, vision and intelligence. I am very proud of everything she has achieved,” concluded Ranbir Kapoor.

The movie ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar.

The movie also stars Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapoor in important roles.

The movie will release on May 31, 2013.
