The first look posters and a teaser trailer of Kareena Kapoor’s upcoming movie ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ was unveiled recently. Talking about the movie on this occasion Kareena Kapoor stated that this movie was for the masses.

The actress, who is teaming up with her ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’ co-star Imran Khan in the movie, said that while ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’ was more contemporary, ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ is filled with item songs and has a fun quotient about it.

When asked about her experience of reuniting with Imran Khan, the actress said, “I think it has been great because I did ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’ with Imran. It was so special. It was slightly English; it was not for the masses, it was a classy film. But this is completely the opposite and is mad.”

Kareena Kapoor said that she watched the trailer along with her husband Saif Ali Khan and he too enjoyed it.

“It has three to four item songs and it is what everybody would like. I think it is going to be fun. I saw the trailer and (my husband) Saif (Ali Khan) saw the trailer too. He thinks it is fun,” she said.

Directed by Punit Malhotra ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ is produced by Karan Johar.

‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ is a romantic story about a guy (Imran Khan) and his struggles to win back his love (Kareena Kapoor).

The movie will release on November 22.
