Rumors have been rife that that Deepika Padukone has been approached to star opposite Salman Khan in Sooraj Barjatya's next movie.

But Deepika Padukone had denied the rumors.

“The reports are not true. I have not been approached for the film," said Deepika Padukone to IANS.

Though Deepika Padukone has never worked with Salman Khan, the actress said that whichever movie they come together for will be a special movie.

“I want to work with Salman. I am really looking forward to work with him. Whenever Salman and I will come together, it will be a special film,” Deepika Padukone concluded.

Deepika Padukone is currently the most sought after actress as she hit a hat trick this year with her movies ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Ram Leela’ all becoming blockbuster hits. Her varied but brilliant performances in each movie have won her accolades from everyone.
