Director Abhishek Kapoor’s critically and commercially acclaimed movie ‘Kai Po Che!’ will open the 13th River to River Florence Indian Film Festival on Friday. The director will be present for the film's Italian premiere.

The film is based on Chetan Bhagat's bestselling novel ‘The 3 Mistakes of My Life’. The movie narrates the story of three friends who share a dream, but a sudden earthquake and the outburst of deep religious and political conflicts between Hindus and Muslims, disrupt the course of their lives.

The movie stars debutant actors Sushant Singh, Amit Sadh and Rajkumar Rao (earlier known as Rajkumar Yadav).

The movie had its world premier at the Berlin International Film Festival. The movie was not only sold out but received rave reviews from everyone.

The movie released on February 22.
