Actress Parineeti Chopra has denied the reports that she has been cast opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Yash Raj Films ambitious project ‘Fan’.

‘Fan’ is being directed by ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ director Maneesh Sharma and is written by Habib Faisal.

“No, I am not doing Fan, which is being made by Maneesh. Everybody is asking me about it. You should ask Maneesh or Shah Rukh about it," the actress told reporters.

The shooting of the movie is set to begin in May 2014.

Parineeti Chopra, who currently has movies like ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ with Siddharth Malhotra, ‘Daawat-E-Ishq’ with Aditya Roy Kapoor and ‘Kill Dill’ with Ranveer Singh in her kitty, said that she is glad with the kind of movies she is being offered.

“It feels good that people are offering their good films to me. I have signed a lot of such films," concluded the actress.

The actress will next be seen in ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ a romantic comedy produced by Karan Johar and directed by debutant director Vinil Mathew.

The movie will release on February 7.
