Manisha Koirala's surgery postponed to December 10

Ailing actress Manisha Koirala, who flew to New York recently, was supposed to undergo a surgery today. But the doctors have now decided to carry out further tests and have postponed the surgery to December 10.

“The surgery was supposed to happen today (Thursday), but after conducting certain tests, the doctors have decided to postponed it to Monday (December 10)," Subroto Ghosh, Manisha's manager, told IANS.

The actress was admitted in Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai on November 28 after she lost her consciousness. Manisha Koirala was in hospital for 3 days where she underwent many tests. Speculations in media are rife that the actress has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. But friends close to Manisha Koirala denied the reports as mere speculations.

Neither Manisha Koirala nor her family or friends have revealed the exact health scare faced by the actress.

The Nepali actress Manisha Koirala, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Saudagar’ in 1991, was one of the top heroines in 90’s and acted in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil movies. The actress is known for her performances in ‘1942 Love Story’, ‘Bombay’, ‘Khamoshi’ and ‘Mann’.

The actress recently made her comeback in Bollywood with Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Bhoot Returns’.
