Nara Rohit who made a mark with his debut film 'Baanam' is all set to hit the screens with 'Solo' in October. The shooting of the film is completed and the makers are planning to launch the audio of the film soon.

Nisha Aggarwal, younger sister of Kajal Aggarwal is paired opposite Rohit in this film. Shyam of 'Kick' fame is playing an important role in the movie directed by Parasuram of Yuvatha fame.

Mani Sharma is providing the music for the film while Vamsi Krishna Srinivas, an industrialist from Vizag is producing the movie under SVK Cinema banner.

If sources are to be believed Bollywood film 'Agneepath' starring Sanjay Dutt and Hrithik Roshan is going to be remade in Telugu by noted producer D Suresh Babu. The buzz is Suresh Babu is trying to buy the remake rights and is planning to produce the film under Suresh Productions banner.

It is heard that Victory Venkatesh will turn in to a villain with this movie and don the role of Sanjay Dutt in this remake. On the other hand the scion of Daggubati family Rana will play Hrithik Roshan here.

If this works out then it will be a huge relief to Rana as he is trying hard for a big hit. It is reported that Venkatesh is showing more interest in this remake and at last, Uncle Venky comes to the rescue for his brother’s son.

Right now, Venky is currently busy with 'Ganga-The Bodyguard' and Rana is busy with 'Naaishtam'.

The shooting of Naga Chaitanya starrer 'Bezawada' produced jointly by Ram Gopal Varma and Kiran Kumar Koneru is currently progressing at Ramoji Film City. After completing this schedule the unit will fly to Switzerland to picturise the songs of the film.

Amala Paul is debuting as female lead with this movie. The makers are trying to release the movie for Diwali. Vivek Krishna is directing the film which also features Prabhu, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam, Subhaleka Sudhakar, etc.

The film is based on the goondaism of Bezawada that happened in late 80s and early 90s. Gautam Raju is the editor while Krishna Maya is the art director.

Universal Hero Kamal Hassan who is famous for donning versatile roles and doing experiments is going to play terrorist role in his next film "Viswaroopam'. According to our sources, Kamal will enter a village as Terrorist to chase a murder case and CBI mistakes him as the murderer and chases him.

A couple of days ago Anushka Shetty has been roped in as female lead and will be donning the role of a CBI officer.

The film is written, directed and produced by Kamal Hassan under Raj Kamal International banner is an action thriller. 'Viswaroopam' is Kamal’s dream project and the film is a trilingual. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy scores music for the film.

Looks like Kamal has chosen the right subject to score a big hit this time.

Super Star Mahesh Babu’s next release 'Dookudu' will go to the censor on September 19. The film is slated for release on September 23 with record number of prints.

The reason to name it S Channel is due to his lucky charm younger daughter as S stands for Srija. Anakapalli MLA and Chiru’s close aide Ganta Srinivasa Rao is likely to join hands with Chiru to take it forward.

This news is a celebration to all his fans as they are insisting on him to launch a news channel right from his entry in to politics. King Nagarjuna’s most sought periodic film 'Rajanna' is pushed to October due to unexpected delay in post-production work. The film is based on Telangana’s Rajakar movement and it needs some high-end technical values to progress the post-production work for its action episodes.

The film is actually schedule for September 30 and if it misses the actual date it may release on October 13 or 14 thus missing Dasara holidays. The producer of the film Nagarjuna is also planning to re-shoot some action episodes under the direction of Rajamouli to get the right output.

However, the film is directed by Vijayendra Prasad and RR Movie Makers are the distributors. MM Keeravani scores music for the film. Sneha plays the heroine of the film.
