It was 2008 that we last saw Preity Zinta in full fledged lead role in movie ‘Heroes’. After that she has made cameos in a couple of movies but never in something substantial.

But Preity is ready to grace the big screen again in a lead role in an upcoming flick ‘Ishq in Paris’. The movie is an Indo-French project and is to be directed by Prem Soni.

In the movie Preity plays a half-French half-Indian girl who falls in love in Paris. For her character preparation Preity Zinta has hired a trainer to talk in flawless French.

The director Prem Soni is more than confident that Preity Zinta will speak French perfectly.

“From the start, we were very sure that Preity would get her French absolutely right with correct accent and pronunciation. We did not want to dub her French dialogues. By the time we start shooting, I am dead sure Preity will know as much French as any native and speak the language fluently enough to pass off as a French woman,” said Soni.

Just last month the reports were confirmed that hit pair of Omkara movie, Vishal Bhardwaj and Ajay Devgn would be coming together for Vishal Bhardwaj’s next movie. The movie is to be jointly produced by Vishal, Ajay and Kumar Mangat.

Though the project was decided, the question over the leading lady remained. But if the current buzz is to be believed then Vishal Bharadwaj is said to keen on casting Anushka Sharma opposite Ajay Devgn.

Apparently, Vishal was very impressed by Anushka’s in both ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ and ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’.

The movie supposed to hit the floors in mid January next year. If the projecr goings through, this would be the 1^st time Ajay Devgn and Anushka Sharma will be paired other as a romantic couple.

Generally when celebrities are abused online they either become cold or resort to a verbal brawl. But Hrithik Roshan has found another way to tackle such situations.

Recently, when one of his fans wrote, ‘Ek adha emotion apni acting me bhi laa dumbass! (Get at least half emotion in your acting dumbass!)’ in response to Hrithik’s recent interview, Hrithik replied saying, “Am trying. Will try harder...love.”

When Mumbai based newspaper DNA asked Hrithik about this response, he said this was better than a knee-jerk reaction.

“There are some people who might not say things that you like. Some might be a little too harsh. But how you choose to react to a situation is completely in your hands. I am a very non-reactive person that way. It is very hard to get me to react harshly to anybody,” said Hrithik Roshan.

Amitabh Bachchan has confessed that acting in the remake of his own legendary movie ‘Sholay’ was a big mistake.

"Sholay's remake was a mistake. I should not have acted in the remake of my own film”, said the actor.

The remake of ‘Sholay’ was made by Ram Gopal Varma and was named ‘Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag’. The movie was released in 2007 and it was panned by critics as well as fans. In the movie Amitabh Bachchan had played the villain role.

Amitabh also added that for him remakes will never be as good as originals.

John Abraham has confessed that he was the reason for the break-up and has taken full responsibility for it.

“We had a beautiful relationship but it doesn't exist anymore. I'm solely responsible for it. I didn't want to get married, maybe one day I would, and I'll take everyone by surprise”, said John Abraham.

It’s a known fact that Karan Johar always prefers Shah Rukh Khan over any other star in Bollywood. So, it dint come as surprise when Karan Johar penned a character in his upcoming movie ‘Student of the Year’ with Shah Rukh Khan in his mind.

But Shah Rukh Khan dint think that he would suit the role of a dean that Karan Johar has written exclusively for him. After meeting each other both came to a conclusion that Shah Rukh Khan was right and have decided to cast Rishi Kapoor in the role.

If you thought Shah Rukh Khan is out of the movie, then you are wrong. Shah Rukh has decided to co-produce the movie along with Karan Johar.

Few sources though have said the reason for SRK opting out of the character is due to the slight resemblance of the character with that of Amitabh Bachchan’s in movie ‘Mohabbatein’.

When asked Karan Johar if Shah Rukh Khan will be doing a cameo in the movie he replied, “He's the co-producer. What more luck could I hope for? But no, he won't be in the film. Let me tell you though that Rishi Kapoor has the most important role in Student Of The Year. Chintu Uncle is doing two films for Dharma - Agneepath and Student Of The Year."

The movie will also star the new comers David Dhawan's son Varun Dhawan, Mahesh Bhatt-Soni Razdan's daughter Aliya Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra.

Malaika Arora Khan and Katrina Kaif created magic with ‘Munni’ and ‘Sheila’, and now Priyanka Chopra is planning to over take them both by doing an even sexier item number.

If the sources are to be believed, Priyanka Chopra is all set to do her first solo item song in an upcoming movie ‘Teez’. The movie is from Priyadarshan’s camp and will feature Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut.

The song is going to be composed by the celebrated music duo Sajid-Wajid. A special set will be created in Mumbai to shoot Priyanka’s song.

The sources say that the makers of the movie are very keen to make this song bigger and better than ‘Munni’ and ‘Sheila’.

Priyanka Chopra has already delivered few chartbuster songs in her career like  ‘Desi Girl’ from ‘Dostana’, ‘Touch Me’ from ‘Aitraaz’, ‘Darling’ from ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ and her only item song till date ‘You Get Me Rockin & Reeling’ in ‘Billu’. 

With the release date of ‘Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara’ falling near, the chemistry between Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif is much spoken about. Apparently, the chemistry between the two stars is sizzling hot.

And to make the matters better, the two stars have also locked their lips together. The rumors were going around that the sensuous kiss has been edited out but the director Zoya Akhtar rubbishes the rumor.

"Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif kissed. So what? They play friends who fall in love, and it's only natural. And no, the scene has not been cut or toned down, and is very much part of the movie”, said Zoya.

When asked about the actors’ reaction she frowned and said, “"They are professionals. They knew they had to do it. They didn't mind doing it for the film; that's how actors ought to be. They didn't make it a big deal either; I don't know why the media is making it one."

Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza have always denied that they were a couple and maintained that they were nothing more than ‘good friends’.

But actions speak louder than words. In a recent awards function the couple walked hand in hand in presence of Mommy D’Souza, who looked nothing but pleased.

A source reveals that the two have made their relationship public if it hadn’t been for Deshmukh family. Apparently, the Deshmukh’s weren’t pleased with Ritesh’s choice of a catholic girl. They wanted their son to settle down with someone from their community. But after years of persistence the family has decided to give the couple their blessing.

The source also added that we might here wedding bells soon. The couple is planning to settle down in 2012. If the wedding does happen it will take place twice, ones in Maharashtrian style and another in church.

Over the years, Emraan Hashmi has gained a reputation for his portrayal of dark characters. The talented actor said that everybody has a villainous side in them and accepting that fact makes things better.

“All of us have a dark side to us but we just try and shy away from talking about it. I am not ashamed of my own dark side and am very comfortable with it”, said the actor.
