In November last year director Anurag Kashyap and actress Kalki Koechlin announced that they were taking time off their two year marriage.

Ever since then speculations have been rife that the reason behind Anurag and Kalki separating is Anurag’s growing proximity to his ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ actress Huma Qureshi.

Both Anurag Kashyap and Kalki Koechlin, who were present at ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ premier to support Huma Qureshi, denied the reports.

“Jesus Christ can we please leave Huma alone?! My problems with Anurag have nothing to do with her!," Kalki Koechlin tweeted.

Anurag Kashyap is upset with the rumors and said that they hurt Huma Qureshi more than him or Kalki.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has emerged as one of the top actress’s in 2013. The actress had a fantastic last year with three of her movies - ‘Race 2’, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Ram Leela’- entering 100 Crore club.

Deepika Padukone, who has worked with superstars like Shah Rukh Khan (Om Shanti Om and Chennai Express), Akshay Kumar (Housefull and Desi Boyz) and Saif Ali Khan (Love Aaj Kal, Cocktail and ‘Race 2’), said that she wishes to work with other superstars - Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan.

“Every year I am asked this question (which Bollywood actor I would like to work with now), but I hope in the next one or two years I will get to work with Hrithik, Salman and Aamir,” said Deepika Padukone to IANS.

“Till now I have not worked with these actors (Aamir, Salman and Hrithik)," she added.

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi’s four year old son Ayan, who was diagnosed with first stage cancer, is recovering after he underwent a successful surgery on January 15.

Ayan was diagnosed with malignant tumor in kidney and was operated immediately at a hospital in Mumbai.

Emraan Hashmi recently said that his little son was a fighter and is holding strong and recovering slowly.

The actor’s uncle Mahesh Bhatt recently spoke to the media saying that Emraan’s son is recovering soon, after the tumor was removed from the kidney.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who has come under slander for performing at the Saifai Mahotsav in Uttar Pradesh where thousands of people in riot-hit Muzaffarnagar are struggling to survive, defended his decision and said that the event was an opportunity for him to help people.

In a statement that followed a storm of criticism on social media, Mr. Khan said his NGO, Being Human, had pledged to fund 200 paediatric surgeries in Uttar Pradesh on behalf of all artistes who performed at the event.

"Whenever I visit a place for a performance or a promotion, I see it as an opportunity to help the locals in the areas of healthcare or education," said Salman Khan to a popular daily.

"In Etawah, Being Human, on behalf of all artists who performed yesterday, has committed to fund 200 paediatric heart surgeries in UP. There is already a wait list of 81 children who are being moved to Fortis Hospital Gurgaon and their surgeries will get done by the month end. Being Human is in touch with local NGOs and hospitals for their lists also," he added.

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is furious over the reports that the box office collections of his latest movie ‘Krrish 3’ have been inflated.

The actor cleared the air over these reports and said that "derogatory manipulations need to stop".

“Some from the industry and certain sections of the media are hell bent on putting me, my father and ‘Krrish 3’ down. I have maintained my silence until now but these derogatory manipulations need to stop,” wrote Hrithik Roshan on his Facebook wall.

“’Krrish 3’ has done a business of about Rs 244 crore in India and around Rs 55 crore in overseas", he added.

Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen is gearing up to make a comeback on big screen this year.

The actress, who recently lost a lot of weight, said that 2014 will definitely be her year.

“I have been preparing actually since 2013. I know everytime an actor loses weight or starts looking fitter or thinner, it is always for a reason. But this is me getting ready for the most fantastic time of my life in all aspects. Professionally and personally 2014 is going to be my year", the 38-year-old said to IANS on Thursday at Rouble Nagi's art exhibition held in Mumbai.

The star studded premier of Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ scheduled to take place today was cancelled at the last minute.

The premier that was supposed to be attended by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and members of his family got cancelled, said an official from a multiplex, where the premier was scheduled to happen.

The person refused to divulge further information.

The sources though claim that the decision was taken due to the Chief Minister and the government getting flake from media and public after the much criticized Bollywood Night at the Saifai Mahotsava.

The sources added that negative publicity following the performance of Madhuri at Saifai forced the state government to cancel the film's premiere.

If the latest reports by a leading daily are to be believed then Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji is all set to lay the speculations of her love life to rest and marry her long time beau Aditya Chopra in February this year.

The daily went on to report that the wedding will take place on February 10 at the famous Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. Reportedly Rani Mukerji zeroed in on the venue during Nita Ambani's birthday bash last year. Rani was there at the Umaid Bhawan for the 50th birthday celebrations of Nita Ambani.

According to reports the wedding will be held in traditional Punjabi style.

Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan revealed that he is considering Swedish-Greek actress Elli Avram for a movie.

When asked whether Elli will be seen with him on the big screen, Salman said, "You will see Elli when a director or producer casts her. We have Elli in mind for sure, I will say that straight out".

Salman Khan, who hosted the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ in which Elli Avram was a contestant, has been promoting actress ever since her debut movie ‘Mickey Virus’.

But the actor said that nobody can take undue advantage of his friendship to get a film.

Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit, who replaced actress Vidya Balan in ‘Ishqiya’ sequel ‘Dedh Ishqiya’, said that she not only admires Vidya Balan’s work but said that she was also the first to talk about Vidya Balan and her tremendous talent.

Vidya Balan won accolades for her sensuous and convincing performance as a scheming and sensual woman in ‘Ishqiya’.

“Vidya is wonderful. She is a lovely actress and I not only liked her in 'Ishqiya'. I also liked her in her first movie (Parineeta),” said Madhuri Dixit to IANS.

“I was the first one who talked about her in an interview, saying she is a good actress. I loved her in ‘Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’. She is very talented,” added Madhuri Dixit.
