Actress Katrina Kaif decided to cut short her vacation so as to join Salman Khan for the launch of the song ‘Masha Allah’ from their movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.

The actress, who had wrapped up the shooting of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ a week ago, flew to London to shoot for the next film with Yash Chopra and also to spend time with her family after wrapping up the shooting.

The song ‘Masha Allah’ was scheduled to release next week. But Salman Khan decided to release the song this week itself as the Ramzan season is coming close and he wanted the song to come out for his loyal fans before the fasting month. So it was finally decided to launch the song on Thursday.

“The location was quite far from where she lives and since she didn't want to disrupt the shooting schedule, she was living in the hotel the crew had put her up in. Only once the schedule had wrapped up, she decided to spend some time with family. But she was happy to cut short her vacation when she realized that the song was getting launched earlier on and she wanted to be there for the launch of their first song together,” said a source to a daily.

Recently picture of Shilpa Shetty along with what is claimed to be newly born baby boy were posted online. As soon the picture was revealed it went viral and Shilpa Shetty was bombarded with messages on Twitter.

But the actress recently revealed that the picture wasn’t of her and her son but of her and her niece.

“There is a picture doing the rounds, claiming it's my son and I just want to say that picture is of my niece, Shyana, and me taken a year back,” she tweeted.

The movie ‘Cocktail’, starring Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty, which released this Friday, has been getting mixed reviews from the critics. But one thing that’s common is that many critics have said that this was Deepika Padukone’s best work till date.

“Cocktail' is Deepika's best work till date. You will realize it when you see the film. She has done a great job. I have worked with her in 'Love Aaj Kal' and I am happy to see how far she has come,” said Saif Ali Khan to PTI.

While some are comparing the movie to Saif Ali Khan’s previous works like ‘Hum Tum’, ‘Salaam Namaste’ and ‘Love Aaj Kal’. But Saif Ali Khan said that the movie is very different from all his other movies.

Yesteryear Veteran actor Rajesh Khanna has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, just after being discharged from the same hospital week ago.

Lilavati COO Narendra Trivedi confirmed the actor was admitted on Saturday.

“He is in the hospital,” he said but refused to add anything further.

But a close friend of family assured that it wasn’t very serious.

“He was feeling low and weak so the doctor asked him to get admitted for a day. He has been put on saline drip. He may be discharged on Sunday evening or Monday morning,” he said to TOI.

Actor Salman Khan has reunited with Katrina Kaif in his upcoming movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. Salman Khan, who dated Katrina Kaif for a while, said that it was easy to fall in love with the actress.

“I think one can easily fall in love with her (Katrina) definitely...on screen and off screen. Even fans love her a lot,” said the actor to PTI.

“Even when she does a song in a film like Bodyguard and Agneepath people love her so much and the movie becomes a hit. Everyone worked hard for the two films including Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt, Karan Malhotra, director...but it was Katrina who people liked a lot,” he added.

Previously the actor, who has dated Katrina for 3 years, said that real life couples don’t have great chemistry on screen.

It’s a well known fact that veteran actress Sridevi is making a comeback on big screen with the movie ‘English Vinglish’. But the actress is all set to clash with Kareena Kapoor as both Sridevi’s movie ‘English Vinglish’ and Kareena’s movie ‘Heroine’ are set to release on September 21.

But R. Balki, who is co- producing the movie along with Eros Entertainment is unperturbed with this and has decided to stick with the original release date for the movie.

“We believe every film, no matter what the gender of its protagonist, has its own audience. I am sure Madhur Bhandarkar's film (Heroine) will be very exciting. But the prospect of seeing Sridevi again is equally exciting,” he said to IANS.

The movie not only marks the comeback of Sridevi but is also the directorial debut of Balki's wife, Gauri Shindi.

The filmmaker said that he has completed his part in the movie and it was not the ladies turn to take the center stage.

Actor Aamir Khan is really impressed with his good friend Salman Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. The actor has also gone ahead to predict that Salman Khan’s movie will be a box-office super hit.

“I have seen the promos and I really liked it a lot. I even messaged Kabir (director), Adi (Producer Aditya Chopra) and Salman that I liked the promo. I think it will be a super hit film,” Aamir Khan said to PTI.

Recently it was reported that Pakistan government has restrained its cable operators from either showing promos or reviews of the movie. Apparently, they feel that the movie is aimed at tarnishing the image of the ISI, an intelligence agency of Pakistan.

When asked Aamir Khan about the same he chose to reply carefully and said, “I don't know why they are not showing it there.”

Salman Khan, who is very fond of Ram Charan, has taken up the responsibility to look after his career and is taking a keen interest the ‘Zanjeer’ remake.

“Salman called Ramcharan and Apu home to discuss Zanjeer. He then began to astutely compare the new and old Zanjeer. The first suggestion that he made was to incorporate songs for Ramcharan's character. In the original Inspector Vijay Khanna as played by Amitabh Bachchan was too serious a man to sing and dance. Salman wants that to change. He said to Ramcharan, 'You're one of the best dancers in Indian cinema. It would be silly to not have you sing and dance,” said a source to a daily.
